As a teacher, I always tell my students I am willing to do anything I assign them to do. This past Fall, I assigned several of my classes to create podcasts. Many had never done it before and were, well complaining isn't the right word, but were expressing their concerns about the assignment.
So I put my pen to paper as well and did one myself as well. It is called What If Radio. It discusses and ponders everyday life while always asking the question "what if...?" Take a listen to episode # 1 below and tell me what you think. Feedback is more than welcome.
I had every intention of updating this blog way more often this year. And then I didn't touch it for the whole month of January. Way to go Thomas...job well done.
As the old saying goes, The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions.
I wouldn't say I am on the road to hell for not having updated this blog, I did get a lot accomplished last month. First, as you can probably see, the website has been updated. Second, I wrote a couple of pieces for Chicago Parent's Going Places magazine which will be coming out in Spring. And third, we took a family trip to Minneapolis/St.Paul (because you know, Chicago just isn't cold enough in January).
Here's hoping that February and beyond brings more updates. It certainly can't get worse.
